There are constant strangers in and out of the building so I can't tell if it's another Air BnB guest or another package thief sneaking in to steal packages. My fridge has not worked for three weeks now. After inquiry with neighbors it appears to be just mine. AC is not working during the hottest days of the year and I was told it was the entire building. The apartment right below me has violated noise rules too many times to count and my complaints were met with, "call the cops". A homeless person literally walked around through 6th floor and knocked on my door at 7 am asking to use my bathroom. I leave for work and homeless people are sleeping in the lobby. My packages have been stolen on numerous occasions.
